i did a phone order quoting code...it was nt working but was advised that i should go ahead and have it rectified after delivery as long as i m sure i can prove the code sent or site offering the code...not likely!! did go ahead with some smalls for my daughter and she helpfully got me a free delivery code as they were only a fiver (not bad for a pack of 10).

i rang them and asked them why? the girl was not sure! i explained i got the code in the post from them,

i have been shopping on and off with additions for a few years now so it's not a new customer code...

Ok, same thing happened to me: received order but discount had not been applied and I had been charged full amount. So I rang them hoping it will get refunded as OP above, and luckily I rang their 0800 number from saynoto0870.com, since they had me on hold for 21 minutes! After all that waiting I got to talk to a customer services person who said: "no problem at all, i will refund this for you". So they might have been receiving quite a few calls about this code

For others in the same situation then, it seems that they will honour it if you call them and query it, but i wished it had been applied when ordering & saved me all the hassle of having to contact them!

I used the code d63e today (December 15th) and it was confirmed to me that I would get £10 OFF AND FREE P AND P. When I tried to order online it said that no discounts would show until I received my statement (and from what I've read from others discount normally doesn't happen unless you complain!). So I rang the helpline 08704135000 and ordered over the Phone. I said I only wanted to order if I knew I'd get the free shipping and £10 off. The girl transferred me to a "sales specialist" who confirmed it all for me. Thanks very much!!! The shipping would have been £15 with my order so plus the £10 = £25 off!!!! :snow_laug

I ordered online and was charged the full amount :eek:
I emailed them querying it and was told that the code only applied to the goods in the xmas brochure sent with the letter but that they would credit me with the £3.50 p&p
I emailed them back and told them there was no brochure with my letter and quoted from my letter where it stated it that it was £10 off & free p&p and I could go online and choose what I wanted.
Email back saying they were crediting the £10 to me! :snow_laug
I get the feeling they may have been inundated with orders and are trying to work out who they actually sent the offer to!
Got to say though it's put me off shopping with them again if this is how you're treating after responding to a "come back to us" offer! :mad:

After a few failed attempts at free p&p i phoned up this number above and ordering my already heavy disounted sale items quoted that code the guy started saying this is the promotional code for £10 plus and i jumped in and said free p&p with no min order value... lol :0)
He put that through no probs at all........... thanks so much :0)

My advise is use the number above and phone the order through and quote exactly what is written in the quote above...
