I'm not going to make it but it has been great fun trying, its amazing how much extra cash you can get hold of.

I'm now an ebay convert and a big thank you to you all on here for some great ideas to bring in extra cash. There are many ideas I would never have thought of.

    Hello again :)

I'm nowhere near the £1000 but have to confess that I did make a couple of small, last minute sales on eBid and they paid via PPPay, so, umm, err... I have just spent most of it on more seeds for my 2009 garden project. :o I know I have thousands of seeds but was missing main crop onions, leeks and turnip, but I ended up ordering snowball turnips, rhubarb and pumpkin seeds as well. :o But it's CHRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISTMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS :rotfl: And I'm worth it! :rotfl: Besides, all this homegrown stuff might help make my self-sufficientish, frugal lifestyle more attainable. :D

  • I made around 250, which I would never have made with out the challenge

I am going to give it another go if it is running again, try and do it with Avon and E bay
And Nykmedia, you invested your money - very cool!

    Nevertheless she persisted.

YES! :j New challenge starts on January 1st but I haven't started the new thread yet. :)

I've just received my £6 profit from tak€abr€ak free scratchcards at long, long, last, after their taking ages to verify all my new details, so am back on track there just in the nick of time for 2009 starting. :T I've also managed to claim a further £8.31 in cashback, so that should be as much as I'll get this year before starting my new signature for 2009.

Well done everyone and I hope you'll be joining me again in 2009
