Should that Doc (nr Edinburgh) ever need help again I can certainly recommend my local pc guy who has helped me and upgraded my systems for years

He has "built" to my needs and is always available on the end of the phone should any problems arise and is quite happy to help me sort it out myself without charge if I can.

The main point of what I wanted to say in my first posting on this thread (and then appear to have forgotten to say ) was that the brand is ultimately irrelevant - ask the people you know what problems they have or haven't had and what the supplier's service was like.

(edit- Hmmm... I did say this after all... ooops! I suppose it does no harm to repeat yourself when you're as forgetful and mentally decrepit as me )

And the Mesh one referred to earlier by Mark LJ is one that I ordered about a week ago for one of my Director's son's Christmas - tremendous spec for the money - it should arrive on Tuesday
