You don't have to complete paperwork to change supplier.
A more precise question is likely to give a better answer.0 -
i di not clarify prop .the thing is that this energy company thinks we have joined them and they are saying even if you just click on you join them i did not even agree to joining, not even give any personel details etc ......they are looking in to it though hope that answers all0

I'm not sure I get what your asking here. You 'think' you have changed suppliers, but you weren't aware that this had happened?0

What did you click on, something on a suppliers website, a comparison website, a door to door salespersons computer or something else.
You really do need to post a much clearer comment with much more detail to get a helpful answer.0 -

If you didn't give any personal details, how did they know it was you?
When you switch suppliers, the new supplier will contact you via the personal information supplied welcoming you as a new customer and importantly advising you of your 14 day cooling off period.
Also if the company that is being switched from is on the ball, they will also probably write to you with a 'sorry you are leaving us' letter, inviting you to contact them basically in an effort to see if they can change your mind."Now to trolling as a concept. ....
