PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. Thank you for your understanding.

LOL - bless it's really funny seeing decent people struggling to get their point across on this board - obviously people who haven't posted much. So:
OP - move your thread to Mortgage forum; you will hopefully get some constructive feedback on getting a mortgage or what you need to do to get a mortgage. Not just sarky comments from self-righteous imbeciles.
Everyone else trying to get a point across which conflicts with the domm-gloom, 10% deposit 3 times salary HPC jihadists- STOP. You are wasting your time. Please understand, if you buy now you will be in negative equity REGARDLESS of the circumstances. If you get the house for free and you will still be in negative equity. Unless you buy it at half price, with 10% deposit and you pay no more then 3 times your salary. OK?0 -
As the OP hasn't been back since making the post I think there may be a whiff of troll.0

No, she's an Honest Politician and her name is Ann Widdicombe. Haven't you seen her before? Mind you, when her and Harriot Harmon get it on, it's a sight to be seen. Get the beers out :beer:I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.0 -
I reckon Harman and Blears would put on a good show in the mud-wrestling pit, FWIW.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Rise like Lions after slumber
