Absolutely neither. I'm sure disney towers is very nice though being that close to the motorway it'll stop you hearing your neighbours reading the paper.
  • Ok, I'll be a little less cyrptic.

The point I was trying to make was, there is a 1 bedroomed flat for more than a 4 bedroomed house with a garage built on the same estate.

I agree It's too close to the motorway, I'd much prefer a nice 1930's semi.
  • What an ugly house.

Although you don't get bedroom sizes like that on new builds down here, for double the money.
    Been away for a while.

Point made. The flat is a penthouse of course, but seriously, it just shows how desperate someone is to shift the 4 bed. Neither of them may be cheap in the longer term if the mix is wrong, nothing sells and the 'award-winning development' degenerates into another nightmare on social housing street.
