I have been trying to contact the automated capital one service to check my balance but its saying that the number is no longer valid... 08458400400? Its printed on the back of my card and also statedon the website... but the number is no longer in use. I used it a few weeks back and got through... anyone else having problems?
I am registered for online servicing, but my works computer wont allow me to access the site! Its not too much of a problem, as i can check when i get home, but just thought this was a bit odd!
