Card readers NatWest & Tesco

Found I needed a card reader for my online NatWest account & card came yesterday and today the pin number and the actual reader. All within seven days.
I think it was TomsMum that said she was with Tescos and had waited more than three weeks for her reader. Are they coming through quicker because Tesco have reasonable rates and are one of the few to do joint accounts which I want.
