Hi, Anyone using FF3 out there? Just thought I'd ask.....
Is it any good, worth upgrading to yet? I usually wait in case of any fixes that need doing rather than upgrade soon as its offered.
What are the differences from last issue?
thx Nb

I agree. I've been using it since it was in Beta and never had nay problems at all. Definitely worth the download.
As for the differences... Try it and see!
If you want to try it without installing it, you could always try the portable version (Firefox 3 Portable). Once you've downloaded it, double clicking will extract to to a folder on your PC and you can run it from there. It is designed to run from a USB drive so it won't make any changes to your actual machine.0 -
use it all the time, so does missus, no problems whatsoever."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

Does it carry all your bookmarks over from Firefox 2.xx? I've put off updating it just in case I lose all my bookmarks and logins.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

FF3 was the reason I swapped from using Opera.
FF3 is very good0 -
I have it on 3 computers and 1 laptop and its fine. I would never use IE now unless I am pushed0

Yup - I've got FF3 too and it's great. The best thing is that if you're typing a message into a text box (like I am now!) and you accidentally click a link that takes you to another page, when you click the back button, the text in the box is restored! That's saved me from having to re-type a long message a few times already!0
