Am i right in thinking that previous credit searches remain on Experian and CC for 1 year and on Equifax for 6 months?
Do lenders take into account your credit searches for the past year, or do they tend to factor in just what you've applied for in the past 3 to 6 months?

Both agencies keep a record of searches for 12 months.
Nobody here will be able to answer your second question. However, my *opinion* is that they are less concerned with 6-12 month old searches...unless there are many of them over a short period, which could indicate 'desparation'.0
