Morrisons Supermarkets Customer Relations

Could anyone help on this one.
I contacted Morrisons Customer Relations in late June as I had visited one of their stores to buy diesel.
I used the self pay facility on the pump and followed the instruction given in a little window.
I was asked if I wanted the Morrisons Miles points to which I pressed Yes.
I waited to be instructed to insert the card but received none and lost the points.
I noted that printed instructions on the pump said I should have inserted the card when asked if I wanted the miles.
THe lady in the kiosk could not issue the miles so on my return home I telephoned the Customer Services phoneline and explained what happened.
I was told it would be dealt with.
After a month without a reply I again telephoned the helpline and was told that a letter had been sent out but it would be sent out again.
After again receiving nothing I telephoned again and was told the second letter had been sent out but it would sent again by Recorded Delivery.
Again nothing was received and it was now Sept 15th so another phone call was made and I spoke to a lady by the name of Carol who said the third letterhad been sent out but it did'nt indicate if it was by Recorded Delivery.
Carol said she would deal with sending out the vouchers, note it has now changed from letter to vouchers, by Recorded Delivery personally.
However today Sept 19th nothing has arrived.
I also sent a letter by post on Aug 26 but that has not been replied to.
Can anyone advise on what to do next or is there anyone on here who works/worked in the Morrisons Customer Relations who might know what the problem is.
THanks
John

How much petrol did you buy? What does this equate to in points and how many points do you need to get a £5 voucher.
The cost of phone calls, recorded delivery postage may well have outweighed the value of the points you would have received.
I'd drop it.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -
I had a situation with morrisons where I filled up (the shop were not bothering to tell people outside that the tills had broken). When I entered the shop there was a long queue and an even longer tailback on the street ouside causing traffic congestion. I suggested they put a sign outside saying the tills were broken, they looked at me blankly (this was too much like common sense after all!)
I waited for quite a while and nothing much seemed to be happening, so I wrote out a cheque, plonked it on the counter and said "there you are,I can't wait any longer". They didn't like it,but they had no choice, and I had paid,so they had no option.
I later spoke to the shop again, who took details and I popped back a few days later to get the points credited.Easy. No letters written-just clear communication.
Just because the lady on the kiosk said she couldn't do it,doesn't mean it couldn't be done, she probably meant she needed higher authority to do it i spoke to the main stores customer services( not the head office customer relations, who by all accounts are a joke).0
