Energy Complaints Watchdog - Help Please!!

Hi all,

I need to register a complaint against British Gas (wholly inefficient and poor,poor service!) and want to make sure it is done properly. I have spoken to British Gas, but you may as well talk to the wall.

Does anyone know any contact details for an Energy Watchdog that I could log a complaint through? Seems to be the only way for my voice to be heard!

Make sure BG have recorded your complaint - use below if not already.

If BG do not resolve a complaint you can then go to the ombudsman - energywatch will stop dealing with most complaints as of 30 Sept 2008.
