Well I'm just waiting for the post office to open and then I'm off to post my first eBay item; then to list some more!!

I had really rubbishy news yesterday; nothing serious, just ex boyf who I'm still in love with has new girlf. Have no idea who, don't want to torture myself!! But I was honest to my mates about me feeling rubbish about it and they were lovely and then got me drunk... so I didn't go to college today as I am a)hungover and b)miserable and c)pathetic and ashamed of self for even caring about such a low-life. Humph.

So once I've been to the post office, I'm going to get right back into my PJs and mope and watch Mean Girls and Dumbo and other cinematic delights; and probably write lots on my MSE Debt Diary.

Just to say thoughts are with you jinky.

Today I have been bored rigid, have a load of ironing to do, but can't be bothered!. Have a sore hand from surgeon shoving (I mean placing) a needle in it!, so that's my excuse for not doing it. I have been waiting for an email so need to stay online, so anyone up for a natter?

That's cr*p about the ex, know how it feels but it will get easier with time. PJs, films and internet sounds like a good treatment

Babbit - excuses can always be found for not ironing, but that sounds like a very legitimate one to me!

Squizz, oh it's very real believe you me.

Although I never had the procedure done (camera down the gullett), the fear and dread was terrible - I was far too nervous for them to continue so the surgeon stopped - thank god!.

Oh poor AA, I remember years ago feeling that like, so I made a voodoo doll instead, oh what joy I had.!!

Eurgh, I don't blame you, it sounds horrible.

Love the voodoo doll idea :rotfl: Cutting up the photos is always good too, although not so easy (or therapeutic) if they're digital.

Oh no, not the photo's. I always saved mine just incase I needed to 'post' them anywhere ie, the local phonebox, local shop window, BIG advertising boards with a placard saying "DON'T TRUST THIS MAN" and that's just for starters.

I've been happily married for 13 years to a strapping Fire Officer, and I have to say that I have, on the odd ocassion, seen my ex from a distance - I have no desire to be any closer than that !!!!!!!. (yuk).
