TheTimes Subscription rip off

I brought this problem up on 12 10 05 when after being promised £20 in vouchers if I joined the subscription I did not receive any vouchers. After several phone calls I was advised to write a letter in explaining that I had not received the vouchers. I was not pleased to do this but agreed to comply with the request. I sent the letter off on 16 10 05 I have just returned from holiday to find I have not received an acknowledgement of my letter and of course no vouchers. What do you think of this I feel I should cut my losses and not trust The Times again, can they afford to be so careless about potential customers ?
