Are there any free web hosts out there that are any good?

I want it for a blog, and would want some decent disk space, about 1-2GB and about 5GB+ bandwidth with php/mysql support, anyone know of any? I would also like to use my own domain name.

Does your ISP offer free webspace to its customers?

Failing that, you could always use WordPress for your blog, and host your files someplace else.

Hi. I have found http://www.000webhost.com/ - I can't say I have used them myself but I done a quick Google and they seemed to get good reviews. I also read the Stumpleupon reviews of the site and they were positive too.

It does sound too good to be true though, so if you do sign up and use them I would be interested to know how they perform.
