yes but if your pc is not turned on...it will defrag at the next opportunity...such as when you turn it on...making your system seem slow...:)Ice - vista scheduled defrag can be turned off, so there is no guarantee that if they're using vista that it has defragged. Also, default is 01:00 a.m. when not all of us will have our pc switched on !!

but I do agree every wednesday mine runs like sh-it and I think !!!!!!'s going on now...but then I do my check list and I usually remember then oh yeh its wednesday...
I don't actually mind it running now...and it's not for long probably 30 mins at the most...:D
