getting a positive balance off Virgin card

Hi,

I have just won some money on a online bookmaker and they are only allowing me to withdraw my cash via the same deposit method - which is my Virgin credit card.

It a couple of thousand and i wondered what is the best way to avoid getting charged too much in doing this?

Is it best to withdraw from a cashpoint or write myself a credit card cheque possibly??

Also, i do not have a balance transfer card only a amex card.

I would think that a cashpoint withdrawal or a credit card cheque will incur fees as a cash advance even though you are in credit.
IMO you should phone up the card services department and ask them to send you a cheque.
