Clearing Credit Debt

I have been offered for a fee a way of clearing credit card and loan that are pre April 2007 has any body any advice

If you want to lose the fee go head. You did know that you can do everything that they will do yourself for free?
Even if they won they would still take a 20 or 30% of your winnings!
Did they contact you or did you contact them?
If they contacted you then they are acting against FSA regulations just brought in to try and police these companies.0
