Home Visit From Customer Compliance Officer

I have recieved a letter to-day to say that jobcentre plus compliance officer is comming to see me next week regarding my claim for benefit
, i was shocked when i read the letter because i have never recieved a letter like this before. could anyone tell me if they know exactly what it will be all about im so nervous.
I claim dla and severe disablement allowance which i have done for 10yrs due to my illness.

    It is probably just a rountine check to see that you are receiving the correct benefits. There is a small chance it could be because someone has reported you for something and they are just following this up. If your claim is in order you have nothing to worry about.
  • Thanks for your reply, i couldnt imagine anyone reporting me for anything
    because as far as i know i have not done anything wrong. So hopefully it would be a routine check you wouldnt believe how a letter like this can cause
    so much stress.
