Hi.
Hoping I can pick your brains?
In January my house being modernised within 6-8 weeks, what a fab month for it to start!!!
Anyway the first 4 weeks everything will be all to pot, I'll have no ceilings in all rooms dust everywear, I'll have very little or not kitchen my oven in built in so might not be able to use it, i have a microwave, slowcooker, two ring bench top hob, steamer Oh yes and a gas camping stove. but really need to put as much as i can in storage.
What meals do you think I could freeze to take out to make "ready meals" because i think its going to be near impossible to cook good meals in my kitchen i really dont fancy living off The Ocean Sea and Pizza King everynight LOL....remember the dust and work men will be in till gone 4, do you think I should start now to build up? What kind of meals, I have about 3 meals worth of soups. what things could i put in storage that i can do with out in the kitchen?...I wont even been able to make my own bread:mad: so will have to go to my bakers for that:mad: .
Hope my ramberling makes some sort of sence any advice would be great......I wish I could afford to put my 3 on school dinners during this time at least I know they will get some sort of hot meal then again even thats not enough for my 3.
Thats enough I'll shut up sorry.
