Setanta Cancellation E-mail Address Anyone

Hi.
I am really frustrated with Setanta Sports.
They take forever to answer the phone and I then went through to someone who told me that I had to e-mail them to cancel my account.
He gave me an email address of [EMAIL="customerservice@setanta.com"]customerservice@setanta.com[/EMAIL] which I have tried but it bounced.
I also tried the plural [EMAIL="customerservices@setanta.com"]customerservices@setanta.com[/EMAIL] and that also bounced.
Does anyone know how to cancel via e-mail? I don't really want to go to the post office If I can help it. PS they do not have anything whatsoever about cancelling on their website. That STINKS
