Pc world

Hi need to get a laptop, would pc world be by best bet? Don't wanna play games on or anything like that just do my course work and use the internet? Also is the free broadband from sky any good? Thanks for any replies I havnt got a clue about computer stuff!

    Why not do a computer course - they're usually free.

    I wouldn't use PC world unless you are desperate, there customer service is awful.
    i personally would buy one of the dell laptops from Tesco (you get a big discount compared to buying it directly from dell). i can recommend the inspiron.

    Never ever use PC World or associates (Dixons, Curries etc)

    Unless you want a poorly trained staff member with very little product knowledge trying to sell you something which is probably unsuitable and then trying to persuade you to take out an unnecessary, expensive extended warranty which will be of little use and then having to put up with shocking after sales customer service !
  • just go to Dell, they do the best computers for standard Users,, i woudl highly reccommened them
