If you book 4 flights for 90GBP each (at the same time) and it appears on your
credit card statement as one transaction -360GBP, are you covered under section 75 0f the consumer protection act 1974.

Yes you'd be covered. You'd also be covered under the CCA if you only part paid with the card and part paid by some other means. Eg. £1.00 credit card, £359.00 debit card.0
