HOW TO APPLY

Test drive a new Nissan Micra, Micra C+C, NOTE or QASHQAI between 11/08/2008 and 30/09/2008 and you will be given an entry form by Nissan dealership staff which you must complete in full and return to a member of Nissan staff at the dealership. If you are one of the first 1,000 people to test drive a new Nissan Micra, Micra C+C, NOTE or QASHQAI during the promotional period you will then receive (during October 2008) an application form for 25 ODEON cinema vouchers through the post. The application form will be self explanatory, all you will need to do is complete it in full and post it to the promotional address (found on the form) to be received no later than 31st December 2008. Your 25 ODEON Cinema Vouchers will be mailed to you within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions below for full details.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per household.
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Nissan Motor (GB) Limited ("the Promoter") and its affiliated companies, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with or employed by or in any way connected with a company sponsoring or endorsing this promotion.
3. The first 1000 people in the UK to test drive a new Nissan Micra, Micra C+C, NOTE or QASHQAI between 11/08/2008 and 30/09/2008 at participating dealerships will be entitled to 25 free ODEON Cinema vouchers, each voucher entitling the bearer to a free entry to see any film at any ODEON Cinema in the UK excluding the following cinemas: Camden, Covent Garden, Kensington, Leicester Square, Leicester Square Mezzanine, Marble Arch, Panton Street, Swiss Cottage, Tottenham Court Road and West End.
4. To claim the ODEON vouchers, the participant must test drive a new Nissan Micra, Micra C+C, NOTE or QASHQAI and then fill in their details on an entry form handed to them by Nissan dealership staff (received following their test drive). The entry form must be fully completed by the participant including their name, address, postcode and telephone number and handed back to the Nissan dealership staff member.
5. The first 1000 participants who validly complete an entry form will receive through the post an application form which must be completed in full and returned to the promotional address listed on the form no later than 31st December 2008. Participants returning the application form will, within 14 days of receipt, receive 25 ODEON cinema vouchers. Each voucher entitles one person to one free cinema entry. The vouchers will be subject to redemption by particular dates (i.e. one pair of vouchers can be redeemed by the end of month 1, one pair of vouchers can be redeemed by the end of month 2 and so on until the end of month 12), One of the 25 vouchers can be redeemed anytime before the end of month 12. If vouchers are not redeemed by the relevant dates they become null and void.
6. Each valid voucher can be exchanged for one standard seat subject to normal film classification restrictions. The vouchers are not valid for Gallery, Premier seating or special events.
7. Vouchers do not give the bearer priority over other cinema customers.
8. Vouchers may not be resold to third parties and may not be exchanged for cash and any vouchers lost cannot be replaced.
9. Vouchers must be presented at the cinema box office at the time of purchase, and cannot be used for purchases over the telephone, internet, Sky Active or other remote services.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entry and/or application forms. Proof of posting shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entry and/or application forms lost, delayed or damaged in the post. No bulk entries or entries by third parties shall be accepted.
11. If the Promoter cannot contact the participant for any reason within 28 days of the offer end date by using the contact details supplied on the applicant's entry form, or if the participant has provided inaccurate or incomplete contact details or if the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an participant has contravened any of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative participant at random from the remaining correct and eligible applications.
12. No cash or other reward alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
13. Participants may be required to take part in unpaid, reasonable publicity relating to or in connection with this promotion. The Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to use the name, biography, likeness, signature, sound recording, photographs and film of participants relating to or in connection with this promotion for any advertising, publicity or editorial purposes in any media throughout the world and the winner irrevocably consents to any such use.
14. The cinema vouchers are provided by an independent third party and are therefore subject to their terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
16. The successful applicants' names and county can be obtained by sending an SAE to Nissan Marketing Service, Parklands, 825a Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 2RE.
17. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the accompanying promotional material.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promotion may appear in other promotional materials.
19. Other than for death or personal injury arising from negligence of the Promoter so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the promotion.
