I ordered 2 dvds and a wii game from Asda. The game came within days and I got amail saying one of the dvds had been dispatched and sent to me on 09September. I still have not recieved the dvd and it was a present for a friend.The other dvd arrived today after getting an email yesterday saying it had been dispatched and sent. So something obviously has happened. I have emailed Asda customer service 3 times now and havent got one reply back yet. Does anyone know what I need to do.Thanks

just a thought but sometimes asda don't reply by email but have an update on your account details if you know what I mean.

try logging in and see if there are any messages there for you.

Thanks for replying. I have checked. I sent a message on saturday, tuesday and today but nothing as yet. I will see if i can find a contact number. Thanks

Well I hope you get better service than me I have been waiting since 12/07/08 for a game and still waiting. They are no use at all with that system they use.

Thats terrible! You should ask them to resend it to you or give you a refund. I hope you get it resolved soon. They dont really care yet with such a big name you would think they had the staff who deal with these issues. Good luck.
