Norton Internet Security Suite 2009 (NIS2009)

I have been trialling Norton Internet Security 2009 and when I tried to buy it says it is £49 per computer.
However when I checked on play.com I have found a really good offer which I have purchased for £39.99 for 3 computer licenses and no delivery charge.
Compared to the Symantec web site this makes it a saving of £109.98
There are other less sites offering similar to play.com, and some cheaper, but as I have been using them for sometime now I know they are trustworthy.

Most techies will tell you that you have wasted your money buying that product at any price!

Ditto above: Norton is awful - slow, eats up PC resources every time it looks for updates and the scanner is very slow. If you want to pay would highly recommend NODD32 from ESETT.0

yes everyone will say norton is rubbish. i have had it for a year and didnt have any problems however since it updated to version 2.0 it has been iffy. someone recomended kaspersky so i plan to get that soon. it is only £20 online.
oh, and yes never buy direct from the company because it does seem that they are always available at a cheaper price elsewhere at places like amazon and play.com among others.0 -
Amazon are selling NIS 2009, 1 user three computers, upgrade version for £38.99, free delivery.
By Christmas I'm sure it will be down to £25 or so.
So if you really want it hang on a bit.
