I would just like to advise all readers that I have received exceptional customer services from Sainsbury's credit card - when you ring you get through each time within 5 minutes (without the hassle of going through various options) and the people on the other end of the phone are extremely helpful. Hard to find these days!! At last a company that realises what it's customers want - helpful and efficient staff.
