Hi
I am trying to do a backup to a disc on my laptop and followed the instructions on this forum thank you.
I am unable to do this as I have got an error of 0x80070005 Access is Denied?
I am the administrator on here and no one has used it for ages so not sure what I am doing wrong?
I was trying to set it up to do a daily back up to a disc but it will not let me get passed putting it to E:drive?
Thanks lots in anticipation.

some issues with external Harddrives and also Norton AV."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

Thanks snowdragon, haven't I just chatted to you about digital equipment?
I don't have any external hardrives or Norton but I did have to load everything on here when I lost passwords but everything else works?
I will look at it anyway.

yes you did :-)
but it might be that you have an infected file (or recognised as one) and because its on a file your trying to back up your AV is blocking it.
That seems to be what its saying in that link, and disabling AV while you do the backup solves the problem."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"
