Need a formula for an excel workbook

I am working on an excel spreadsheet.
It is a bank account analysis of spending on about 30 properties, so there are many entries.
First colum date, second detail, third column identifies the particular property, next, cash in, then cash out.
Each property has three columns after that, and the info gets transferred to the three columns with the formula =IF($C6=$I6,+E6,"").
This means that each property has its own income and expenditure columns which I have transferred to a different sheet.
Now when I go into that sheet, there are therefore loads of blank rows.
How do I delete all of the rows in a single formula.
I hope I have explained this properly.
Thank you.

Do you mean that you have blank rows where $C6 did not equal $I6, etc?
Are you transferring the columns manually by copy and paste? If so, you could filter on those columns to exclude the blank rows before copying.Charlie0
