  • Aww-bad luck, CPG. :( Did you ever get an email to say they'd taken the money, or it was being despatched, or did they cotton on before that?

Sorry...I am sooo nosey, aren't I? I think the boredom's driving me stir crazy, lol.:o

Hi all-still full of lurgy, so not left the house, let alone gone Bootsing *sob* but was just wondering what the cancelled orders were for? Was it the Origins pumps?

My order for Origin pumps and Lancome sharpeners was also on the 19th and I received it yesterday. However, the 1750 points weren't showing as pending. CS said my AC card wasn't linking(??), cancelled it and are sending a new one but can take up to 10 days  . So no AC card for a while, and no guarantee of the points either. :(
  • A quick question regarding meal deals...
How do you know what is classed as a snack? I love the sugar free bags of fruitella (£1.29 or similar!), and saw yesterday that they do them in Boots. They are placed away from where you would normally pick your snacks from. Is there a way to tell what's included and what isn't?

Been out for lunch - tried and failed to use the Sanctuary voucher again!
    Grrrr.....

Do you mean the Times Sanctuary voucher? I would stand my ground and point out that it obviously is for the item you have and that it is in date, and ask them to call customer service while you wait. I wouldn't try to do it as part of a glitch 341 or 340 on Sanctuary, though, if you're going to have to make a bit of a fuss. But if you do it straightforward, you are 100% in the right and they should give it to you.

I used my Hubby's card and my own. I have another card of my own and my son and daughters so will register on theirs. Surely that is not then misuse?

I should think using one voucher per individuals card would not cause problems. But Boots will NOT think a lot of your having two ACs in the same name, I suspect, especially if you have specific mailings attached to them ie the Parents Club. They have suspended cards for less reason than this in the past.

does your coupon scan? mine didnt scan, sa said to add manually but coupon didnt state value so wasnt accepting it, and pointed out cant be used in conjuction with any other offer! i think i might try a different store. TIA

none of mine scan, but I have never been refused. I just ask the SA to try keying in the code, which always works;) I'd try a different store c-101. Don't forget you can use them in tesco also, as they are on offer there too:D

hi folks, i've just received my first .com order, it contained items for the ted baker med set which i got for 0.01p (yipee)nervous as hell doing it as i've never found a glitch yet and never done a .com order i was about to post on here when someone else beat me to it. anyway boots didn't send the ted baker sets but the boots own med sets do you think i could take them in to my local boots & exchange them ? would they realise i'd been charge wrong due to the mispricing glitch & say something or would they do it through the till as a normal exchange i hope this makes sense to you hardened bootsers.
another thing the invoice (top right hand corner) doesnt have any mention of ad card info/points as this was my first time ordering i may of not put in my card details how do i rectifiy this ,tia.

med sets for 1p:eek: I must've missed this post, as this is the first I've heard of them selling for 1p:confused: well done for spotting them though.
