I used my Hubby's card and my own. I have another card of my own and my son and daughters so will register on theirs. Surely that is not then misuse?I don't think valk_scot was accusing you of anything ..just a gentle warning/reminder that some posters have had their points/cards removed..plus you did not point out in your original post that it was different cards used as you just said you went to different stores.
I am sure valk_scot just does not want anyone to get into trouble and someone may have unwittingly taken literally what you had posted and gone out an used the same card in different stores causing their cards to be one of the alerted ones.
with regard to misuseusing a voucher and not getting the product

Has anybody else had problems with the points from the .Com glitch?
I phoned CS yesterday as the 1750 points had not been added, even though I'd received the order, and they said that my AC card wasn't linking (whatever that means) so they would have to cancel it and send me a new one. They have assured me I won't lose my points but I won't be convinced until I receive the new card and see the points on it.
In the meantime I have no AC card to use instore, and the 1/2 price health club is not working on my account either. Great!!!0 -
hi folks, i've just received my first .com order, it contained items for the ted baker med set which i got for 0.01p (yipee)nervous as hell doing it as i've never found a glitch yet and never done a .com order i was about to post on here when someone else beat me to it. anyway boots didn't send the ted baker sets but the boots own med sets do you think i could take them in to my local boots & exchange them ? would they realise i'd been charge wrong due to the mispricing glitch & say something or would they do it through the till as a normal exchange i hope this makes sense to you hardened bootsers.
another thing the invoice (top right hand corner) doesnt have any mention of ad card info/points as this was my first time ordering i may of not put in my card details how do i rectifiy this ,tia.0 -

Log into your .com account and click on Advantage Card on the left hand menu. You can then fill in your details and list your AC number. You can also join the Health Club using same method....just click Health Club.0 -

Not 100% sure. But your .com receipt doesn't show prices, so I'm guessing you would be offered a refund/exchange at current till prices. Anybody know any different?0 -
See they have taken the extra points off one of the Origins bottles and the Lancome sharpener."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure.
