Oh and am I the only one here who doesn't like Sanctuary? :o

Depends which bits of Sanctuary. I love the original, but I'm not crazy about most of the new ranges. I do like the mestizo range, although i'm still not sure about the name. I haven't yet bought any because I'm waiting for the right glitch at the right time (I won't be near a Boots that stocks Sanctuary before the Times voucher runs out).

I may be the only person who doesn't like body butters though! Too many years of following Delia recipes for poultry and meat joints perhaps  :rotfl: .

I've never tried any Sanctuary products
  • just some help: I bought today some paracetamol that should be 1/2 as being in the Health Club, but it scanned full price. I saw after I got out of the shop, and returned to ask the Sa. He said it's nothng he can do, probably I am not in the HC. I looked on the ACM and on .com and it says that I am in the HC... What can i do so next time I don't pay full price? I remeber even once I spoke with someone from boots helpline, they said I had more than 3 options in the HC and i should have only 3 and asked me to choose....

Damn - I just checked the SELs yesterday  . Thank you for letting us know the truth (unlike Mr B!).

(Repeat mantra: 'I did not need balm balm; I did not need balm balm; etc" until calm again) :rotfl:

i dont think they press a button in my local boots i get the same item most other weeks (co codamol )and sometimes it goes through at full price and have to remind them im in the health club and she presses something and it comes up half price ...its odd when i use another boots store it come up half price first time

i think the 3 options they were talking about is the booklets that you recieved ...kids health , womans health ,Weight loss and Healthy eating, pain relief, allergies etc

There were hundreds of these little boxes, scattered around the shop.

Only if they're still there in a few weeks time - I don't get to Glasgow all that regularly. :(

I'm just kicking myself for my stupidity in going by the SEL:rolleyes: . And trying to comfort myself by repeating 'I did not need balm balm' etc :rotfl:

I'm just grateful that you've let other Glasgow bootsers know about the reductions, because I missed them completely (in case I haven't already mentioned that...! ;) :rotfl: ).
