Woohoo, I just ordered £10 worth of Boots vouchers from Pigsback for doing virtually nothing :T I have been a member for ages but only did the clickthroughs at 5 points a time and was getting me nowhere so I signed up for Lovefilm and got 1250 piggypoints, and ordered my Boots voucher. Im off to cancel the Lovefilm subscription and plan what ill spend the £10 on (me). :D

Dot.com has been a real pain, since last night.I have been trying to order toys for my godchildren, and it just wont play ball. But Im in two minds now.As I got someone elses dot.com order yesterday, and Boots expect me to return the huge box to a Boots store.
So now I have to pay for cutomer service phonecall, drive to town using my petrol ,and pay for parking ,for their mistake.
.....Im fuming mad.Customer services are usually really helpful, but this time really pants.I intend to write to them.My nana, insist nothing is better than a ranting letter...:rotfl: sorry for chat :o:o:o

Keeping it grabit......................Manchester fort had loads of the 1p Top to toe wash yesterday, but didnt seem to be letting anyone have it for 1p ( still marked at 99p)..and s/a not letting it go through at that price.Hence the full shelves.
I completely agree with Jelly Tots, it's their mistake they should rectify it. Why should you be out of pocket because of their mix up!

You don't have to do that, and I would tell them in no uncertain terms they should send someone to collect the package. Heck, I've done that on Amazon with things I've ordered from them that were defective, and they sent a truck right out to get it -- and it wasn't even that big, just bigger than I could easily handle taking back to the post office without a car (a dvd recorder).

I would make them come collect the box. And I would ask for some compensation in the way of points for the cost of your phone calls to CS and the inconvenience of having to be there when someone comes to collect the box.

bebebelle - It says on the delivery note that returns are free by post and to contact CS (again in your case) if the returns are aerosols or bulky items (providing they're in original packaging and condition.) They should collect.

Then mail/ring etc and complain about their 'suggestion' to you :) hth

    Great freebie Salduck :T :T :D

Only given to the first 10 people who ask in each of 6 specified stores though, so don't get your hopes too high folks. Defo worth a try if you're near any of those stores though (Sheffield Meadowhall, Manchester Trafford Centre, Belfast Donegal Place, Glasgow Sauchiehall Falkirk High Street, Leeds 19 Albion Arcade). Good luck guys and please report back if anyone is successful :j
