Someone asked last night if there were any points available on eye q products (Omega-3 & omega-6 fish oils).

I managed to 'rescue' :o the pack that's available when you buy "any children's vitamin, children's medicine or verucca product". It has a voucher for 200 points when you buy any eye q product (300 points in ROI).

It also comes with a 'Brain Games' CD-Rom, which has been pretty popular in our house for a few days. Keeps the kids entertained...

So, if you need to re-stock the medicine cabinet, might be worthwhile buying some things now. The voucher is valid till 21/10/08. No idea when they'll stop giving out the pack, but they still had plenty in my local Boots today (they had nothing else of interest, but that's another story!).

Hi all! Can anyone remember who the poster was that was looking for reduced Yardleys in last thread? Cant seem to find the post!

My boots today had loads of haircare reduced. shampoos and conditioners all marked down and still 342. All were still in normal location. Also tried the 17 voucher and it would not go through the till. so i took one of my items off and tried putting it through with just the eyeshadow and it still woud not work. even when typed in. SA put lipstick through at 0.00 so still a good buy for me

I think it was yummymummycat hun.

  • Evening all, missed out on some glitches I see  that's the last time my parents come visiting and distract me :rotfl:

Not quite as exciting as the other glitches but you could do a quickshop for 2 x Estee Lauder sharpeners (item number 10039271) £4.50 each so £9, with 500 points back and a free mascara duo sample...good if you need 2 sharpeners :rotfl:

Is it so quiet because everyone is playing with .com? ;)
3 children under 5 means not enough comping and crafting time

    August wins: Krisprolls tin :rotfl:
September wins: £100 H&M gift card

Actually, there was one other thing from Boots today. They had a very small clearance stand, with nothing of interest. However, I asked the SA if I would - hypothetically - be able to use the '£5 off when you spend £30' voucher on the reduced price electrical products on the clearance stand.

She very helpfully scanned a reduced nose hair trimmer :o:D half a dozen times. And if I'd wanted six nose hair trimners at £5.xx, I'd have got them reduced by £5! :rotfl: :rotfl:
So worth trying it on reduced price products you really want! :T

This is worth keeping an eye on as it goes in and out of stock on a regular basis. Same glitch with Sensitive washing up liquid too!
Actually, all of the below are included in 20% off healthcare and 50% health club too...same as instore.

    Anti Bacterial Gloves Medium
    Concentrated Fabric Conditioner
    Concentrated Laundry Liquid
    Skin Gloves Large
    Gloves Medium
    Washing Up Liquid
    Washing Powder

Been using them for years, but would say liquid needs a dash of some type of oxy stuff if used on whites, but on the other hand is brill for handwashing and the powder is only good for whites as it does not disolve well on a low temp. Therefore I use powder for whites and liquid for colours and delicates. HTH.

Think .com are on meltdown at the moment....it was very slow when I ordered my washing powder, and I got a couple of Generic Errors.

OoooH! Do tell...... Are Generic Errors on 20% off, and half price, too?
(at last... something we can all share!)

Just to say that i have twice tried to used this voucher as part of the 3 for 2 and had it refused as it cannot be combined with another offer. cashier said it would have to be done separately so to pick another item in the 3for2. I did this and got the 3 for 2 (no lipstick), then they out lipstick through separtely on another transaction for free without buying another item!!
I had to do exactly the same thing - was given the lipstick for free and then had to get another item for the 342.

I tried on and off all day today and just could not check-out at all. In the end I opened an account for my oh just to make sure it wasn't my laptop and his account worked fine (but no advantage card so no points, grrrr!)!
