I cant see why you couldnt do a straight swap as they are the same price, but I wouldnt take the receipt in case you get a SA that wants to make a fuss about glitch. I would say it is a pressie you already have, which is sort of true anyway isnt it .

i dont think so, but someone mentioned last night that the n0 7 make up box, full of make up, worth £70 - may become 1/2 price so keep watch on that one! What is the balm balm thing?

Managed to get 2 heated eyelash curlers and trimmer (blush blush) for £6 last night, yipee! Lots of other No7 electrical, mirror, pedicure, manicure, more eyelash curlers and trimmers, but no foot spa. thanks to OP for the glitch. Didn't notice if any other No7 things half price.

SA very pleased for me. Kingsgate Retail park store.

Also got free No17 lippy with voucher but didn't go through on 3 for 2 thingie.

This happened to me the other day, though it states on my receipt I'd earned one? Anything I can do about it now though? Surely if SA argues 'its on your receipt, you must of got one?' then there's nothing I can do?

Right, finished at the gym. Gonna bound over to Boots again to see if I can my paws on any other NO 7 stuff that won't weigh me down.

The BALM BALM thing I am assuming is some kind of lip balm, but I have only seen it at £2.99 in 2 different stores in West Yorkshire. Asked the SA to do a price check and confirmed that they were £2.99. Not impressed at all.

I got 1 Mirror and 2 pedicure sets last night and my total came to £19.98, not quite sure how, as going by the calculations from last night it should have been more.

The mirror was DD1 12th b'day present this morning and she loved it.

Loads of 75p balm balms in all 3 colours in my local. I bought one pink one and don't like the "flavour" - are any of the others better?

Just looked at my receipt:

Mirror £39.99
Pedicure Kit £14.99
Pedicure Kit £0.00 (3 4 2)

Then it takes off:

Mirror -£20.00
Pedicure Kit -£7.50
Pedicure Kit -£7.50

Total £19.98
