Can someone please help me, I think I am being a bit dumb (no change there!)

Went to Boots tonight and got 2 No7 mirrors and a pedicure set. If the glitch had worked, what should I have paid? I have a feeling it didn't work!
  • how much was the pedicure set on its own?
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!

  • the glitch works like this -

    no7 mirror £39.99
    no7 mirror £39.99
    no7 pedicure set £14.99 (approx)

till give the pedicure free as 342

    £39.99 - £20
    £39.99 - £20
    £0.00 (free pedicure set) - £7.50

but as the offer is glitched with the half price offer the till takes the halp price off again for the free item....IYSWIM so total on this example qould have been £32.48

The best glitch is if you buy 3 mirrors

    £39.99 - £20
    £39.99 - £20
    £0.00 (342) - £20

    Total to pay £19.99

you should have paid 19.99 then. (341, chepest is free) Anythign more = it didnt work.
  • penniesforme it only works as 341 if they are all the same price but a damn good glitch if you mix and match as well.

    hi everyone.
after getting the mirrors this morning i told my sister anyway she went and got
x3 manicure sets and tried to use the £5 off t/split but till bleeped, wouldnt work.
i thought it might of with the original price being £29.99 and the mirrors are £39.99 each. oh well she was pleased with what she got in the end and paid £14.99 for all 3.
Wonder why the t/splits only work on the mirrors??
  • I think it only works on the mirrors as they are the only item that has an original price of over £30 for the voucher terms.

OMG I been away for 48 hours (well poorly) and damn it I seem to have missed a glitch. Can anyone explain this to me?

From skimming it seems to be 3 mirrors at 19.99 1/2 price, 342 and 2 x £5 off till spits is the best deal n'est pas?

  • Hiya all

Can anyone with the Xmas catalogue tell me if there are more than 3 different Dior (for women) boxsets? Cambridge Retail Park had Midnight Poison, J'Adore and Pure Poison sets, but I thought there would be more. Finally got my new AC and thought I'd spend my points on a particular something for Mr BTVB's Christmas stash, but not in stock.

Still shed loads of No17 eyeshadows in clearance, along with piles of socks, tights and umbrellas. Neither ACM working (no surprise there ) One lone (pristine) No7 summer bronzing palette for £4...managed to stop myself buying it as I have 4 already (although one is well used already...maybe I should have bought it :rotfl:)

Mr BTVB finally found me some unmessed up No7 Breast Cancer lip glosses in Cambridge city centre - he grabbed a couple + an Extreme Lash mascara with GWP which will be going in his sister's birthday basket.
