I had my No17 free lippy voucher refused yesterday at Drakehouse, Sheffield. They were lovely about it though.
Also had it entirely unrecognised and refused at Meadowhall today.
17 eyeshadows reduced to £145 at Meadowhall and now down to just 40p at Drakehouse.
Also got Ambre Solaire face protection cream factor 50+ for 50p from £13 I think
Lancaster Anti aging cream SPF 15 50p from £11 I think
Boots Holiday Glow Moisturiser 50p
Trevor Sorbie root touch up 50p
Obsessing about remortgaging and interest rates all day, every day:)0 -

I'm a newbie here so i just wanted to say hi. I did post earlier but i think it must have got deleted as it wasn't really on topic (just trying to show support).
I have been trying to do a shop on boots.com for days but can't pay by paypal. Has anybody been able to pay via paypal since the new website has been up and running (or not as the case may be)?. Am I doing something wrong? I think it will let me pay by debit card but I haven't really got the money to spare in the bank at the moment.
I was in boots market street manchester the other day just by chance as they were just reducing pushchairs and highchairs so i managed to get a cossatto lite duo for £43 http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=35365&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051and a gorgeous east coast wooden highchair for £16 http://www.johnlewis.com/230469746/Product.aspx (sorry no pic on boots.com).
Both will come in very handy as my 2nd baby is due in December :j .
Well, hello to everybody anyway. Congratulations to all those who managed to get all those points with the lancome and origins products.(I could do with a few more  )

Hello
I brought some baby bits online a few days ago and paid with PayPal easily - no problems.
Its a great way of buying stuff and getting it past the hubby!0 -

Could you help me then?
When I try and checkout at the payment method bit i click the box next to paypal and the paypal logo appears underneath and next to it it says 'you will be taken to paypals own website to enter payment details'. if i click on the logo it takes me to paypals website and i click on login at the top and (obviously) login but then it just takes me to my paypal account summary. There doesn't appear to be anything else to click on though.
Sorry to be a pain but any ideas?
Don't be silly, you're not a pain
Well, when I check out, I do what you do and click the box next to paypal, then I get a paypal login screen, then I login, and it comes up with
Account XXXXXXXX
Amount to pay XXXXXX
Etc, so I'm not sure you are doing anything wrong, I have a feeling it maybe a problem with .com as a lot of people are having probs checking out lately, is there no way you can pay by credit card or debit card? Then transfer the money from your paypal account into your bank account?Treasurer and Co Founder of - The Smile It Won't Hurt Club

Hello
Not sure if anyone can help me. I bought a baby seat/swing combo some weeks back from Boots. No longer got my receipt and have just found out it is being 'product recalled' by Fisher Price.
Can anyone advise what to do with it? Should I attempt to return it to Boots for a refund without a receipt? I have emailed Fisher Price/Mattel people but had no reply just yet.
Really really annoyed but glad it hasn't been used yet!0 -
Im very unhappy.....
I seem to always miss out on the bloomin' glitches.  :mad:0 -
well done, the have been some fab baby reductions
(I could do with a few more  )
I wouldn't have minded some more myself to be honest but I don't drive so it isn't just a case of popping down whenever I feel like. Other than my local (rubbish - not even any advantage card machines) all my localish Boots are around 30mins+ away on a bus and I didn't want to chance going somewhere only to find nothing. With a (just) 1 yr old daughter and a baby boy on the way it would have been great to have managed some of the bargains like toys and blankets and various other things but not to worry - you win some and lose some I guess :rolleyes:A silent (but still proud
