Hi,
I think this is in the wrong section though i cannot find which section it would be best in
So if it is in the wrong section please can a mod move this...
I am wondering which companies offer the best rate for foreign money transfer, i would like to get a good rate to transfer a large amount (10k+) from UKGBP to INRP.
Thanks in advance...
MArk

AFAIK bank of Scotland charges a flat rate (£14) for money transfer abroad for any rate. Do ensure you are getting a good exchange rate on the day of transfer (https://www.xe.com) as this makes a big difference for a large amount like £10k
PS. Bank of Scotland (in Halifax) and NOT RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland)
