Mine has finally arrived although my cheque was cashed before xmas.

I have a quick question about setting it up. I am OK with the basic bits but on the advanced settings do I just leave them as they are or do I need to change any of them. For example UNIT - I have no idea if it needs to be tonn, KG or LB and GHG factor do I leave the default or should it be one of the other settings. I have left them alone at the moment.
Any help would really be appreciated.

Cheque was cashed in November. Just phoned the Daily Mail and they are waiting for new stock. Delivery time unknown..

Still waiting here .. told they have my order and have sent out the item on the 21st January

Interestingly can't see that the postage cheque has been cashed so wondering if it is a stock answer given to get people off the line! I also sent the order on the sunday 13th so in theory should have been in the first batch of deliveries sent out if they exist on a first in first out basis

Still no trace of it from the September offer..... Plenty on ebay with British Gas branding though

maybe this explains why it is taking so long to send them out.

They had to change the promotion at the last minute and demand significantly increased?
