Advice needed on wrong payment made to Credit card

I made wrong payment to my credit card yesterday. I should pay 500pounds, however I have paid 800 pounds altogether(not once). So there will be a positive balance of 300.

The problem is how to withdraw this 300 pounds without charge? This payment havent turned up in my credit card statement. Can my bank help me cancel this 800pounds payment? The reason I dont want positive balance is I dont want to use this cards any more.

Any advice would be appreciated greatly.
If it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

Just call your credit card customer service once when the payment is transfered and ask them to send you the money to the account you wish.
    No fee.
