Getting Web'N'Walk

I'm on a Solo plan with T-Mobile. I'm trying to add Web'N'Walk however it seems I can only do this by spekaing with a t-mobile operator? Is this correct? How much does it cost to speak with them?
I logged onto My T-Mobile to add the service however it specifys it won't start until my billing cycle rolls over which is several weeks away! I assume an operator could add the service straight away and charge me pro rata? Am I locked into keeping the service?
