Hi all,
I have an all in one printer-Canon Pixma MP 460 and I have a problem with a new colour ink cartridge:
The first black and colour cartridges I used in my printer were Canon originals, when they ran out I replaced them with Inkjet compatibles ( and so always got the message 'ink running low', I ignored this.) No problem.
Now the colour cartridge has run out of ink and I have replaced it with an original Canon colour CL 41. The black is OK so I have not changed it.
My problem is that no matter what I try the colour cartridge is not printing any ink out.
I have gone thru realigning the heads etc and done a nozzle check (no colour comes out), I have also done a clean and the machine has said 'nozzles are clean, no blockage'. But still no colour!!!
The 'old' black one is working fine.
All help appreciated.
Thanks.

Thank youxxxxxx:smileyheaMagenta0 -
It sounds to me as though it's faulty. Take it back to where you bought it from.0

Marty,
Do you mean the cartridge itself?:smileyheaMagenta0 -
Yes. If you've tried everything to get it to work, and your printer is working fine, then that's the conclusion I'd come to.0

Thanks Marty. I bought it from ND INK. I hope that they will take it back.:smileyheaMagenta0
