Hi.
My OH is a teacher and was given a laptop about 3 years ago, she has since left the school but has today been contacted and asked to return the laptop. She has lots on there that she doesn't her old school to see so I said I would Format it for her but I cant get to Dos to format it.
Do you have any Idea's on how i can Clear this sytem.
