Hi guys
My push bike was stolen from a secure lockup in the flats I live in. I only purchased the bike a few months ago (less than 90 days). Can I claim for it on the credit card? I don't have contents insurance (didn't buy it as a money saving tip funny enough).
Any help would be appriciated? And please only reply if you have something useful to add... Please don't reply if all you want to do is lecture me about not having contents insurance or something like that (hope that doesn't come across as rude, but you can get some odd replies on here!!!).
Regards
Steve

Does your particular card offer purchase insurance ? If it does then it may cover you, if not it won't !0
-
Did you register the bike after you bought it with the credit card for it to be covered? Your best bet is to call the company.0

Nothing much to add other than a replacement bike can be insured (by itself) from around £20 a year. The way to go if you live in a place where bike crime it is rife.0
