Orbitz and credit card protection

I know I've seen this before, but have spent a couple of hours trying to find it, without success.
I've found cheap flights with Orbitz. If the airline goes belly up, would I still have protection under section 75 of cc act, given that the company is outside the UK.

Yes, but I am struggling to remember the case. It was only last year.
Edit: It was a test case. OFT v Lloyds TSB plc, Tesco Personal Finance Limited and American Express Services Europe Limited (2007)0
