Am I entitled to get the difference refunded?

Looking for a bit of consumer advice!
I bought a Mountain Bike online 5 days ago, and have just noticed the shop has further reduced the same bike by £100. It was already discounted when I bought it, they have just knocked another £100 off!
Do I have any claim on getting the difference refunded? I know Amazon would refund the difference within 30 days, but is this just Amazon giving good customer service or is it a consumer rights / distance selling requirement by law?
Thanks in advance!

If they had increased the price by £100 would you be offering to pay them the extra !0

well put, i work in retail and totally agree with you, customers want it all their way, if you were happy to pay the higher price then thats the end of it really0

The Distance Selling Regs state that you have 14 days in which you can return the item, assuming it is still in the original condition. The retailer reserves the right to charge an administration fee, but many do not.
You could therefore return the bike for a full refund, and then order again at the reduced price. Depends entirely on whether you have used the bike in the mean time.0 -
personally I'd return it and order it again at the reduced rateIf my typing is pants or I seem partcuarly blunt, please excuse me, it physically hurts to type. :wall: If I seem a bit random and don't make a lot of sense, it may have something to do with the voice recognition software that I'm using!0

No incorrect information please. Some people rely on this site for advice.
The DSR stipulate that as a consumer you have SEVEN working days, from the day after you take delivery of the goods, to return them under DSR (and you need to stipulate that this is the reason).
The supplier cannot charge an 'administration fee' either. They are only entitled to ask you to pay the return postage, and they must make you aware of this in their written T's & C's prior to purchase. They are not entitled under this legislation to make any other charge.0
