I have a complaint against cgs as i feel i have been scammed. I couple of weeks ago they sent me a letter saying id been approved for a credit card all i needed to do was send them a £49.95 payment for their admin. before i sent it i checked on the internet to make sure it was a registered company which it is so i sent the payment. I rang them up a couple of days later to see if they had got the payment and they said the card was guaranteed. yesterday i recieved a text message telling me my credit card details are in the post, i recieved the letter this morning, it said i need to apply on line at vanquis card, i did this and it was refused. Is there any way i can get my money back because i feel i paid money for something i could of done myself! I am very aangry with this company, i hope no one else gets conned by them.
