Alternative to BT oneplan??????

Please can anyone help? I make a lot of calls to Dubai/Bahrain, so signed up to BT oneplan. Trouble is 4 months into the contract they have yet to manage to set me up correctly, and the mobile I had to have as part of the package has never worked. I am being pushed from pillar to post with BT, their customer service is diabolical. I call them every day and all they do is pass me from one person to another. They even sent me a new sim card for the mobile the other day, vodaphone doesn't work so they sent me o2 and are now saying they couldn't have sent that as they don't have it...yet I have it sitting on my desk as we speak!
I don't know of any other provider who has overseas calls as cheap... up to one hour to Dubai capped at £1.00
Can anyone tell me of a good alternative? These are obviously business calls..

Is that not the business contract where you would have agreed to a minimum spend of £500 a year ,and signed a 24 month contract.The cancellation fees might be high !!!0
