Out of curiosity, I've just phoned staywarm. We pay £65.71 per month, for the two of us in a two bedroomed house. They said that if we were to join today, it would be £79.45. They also said that because my wife is reg.disabled, they would charge extra if we were to exceed their limit.
Because we may move to a BH12/BH10/BH22 postcode and go for a three bedroomed house, currently that charge would be £82.16
So in effect, an extra bedroom in a house in a better area would be only £2.71 extra each month (65p per wk), that dosen't seem too bad to me.
You will have gathered a move seems likely, and I just wanted to start calculating/guessing expenses.
