I also had no problems receiving this game I ordered two as presents and recieved them within a few days of ordering them.

No problems for me with my order a while ago either...
Ordered Toca 2 as a present for somebody and got myself Pro Evolution Soccer for PSP for myself.Both arrived shrink wrapped within a few days of ordering

I ordered Toca Car Racing for the PSP on the 6th december and just this morning i had an email from Tesco to say the order has been cancelled due to having no stock!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So how come other people ordered on the site after me and got the game????

I was the same. Ordered TOCA plus a CD to get over the £25. CD dispatched, TOCA order cancelled, £5 voucher cancelled. I phoned them tonight and was told that they did it because otherwise I would not get my CD before Christmas. I explained that they had already e-mailed me saying that if I was prepared to wait I should take no action.

Was then told they were probably unable to get any more from their suppliers, ever (... LOL). I was then told my cancelled order was 'dead' and could not be resurrected, but I could re-order TOCA although the price was now £33 (that was quick it seems they can get more from their suppliers after all).

CD will be returned, moaning email will be sent, future orders will be placed elsewhere (except for irresistable offers).

:mad: :mad: Same problem for me - placed order 27/11 - received email advising me that my order had been cancelled 19/12.

Called tesco.com and was told the order could not be re-activated but I could re-order at the higher price. Absolutely outrageous. I also intend to send strongly worded email (not that I think it will do me any good!) :mad: :mad:

Having ongoing battle with my order of TOCA 2 on PSP.

Ordered it at end of November for £13.97

Was not dispatched by 4th December (my birthday for which I received a £10 tesco gift voucher). Seeing the price was still the same I cancelled my order and re-ordered using my voucher.

Got email telling me order cancelled on 19/12.

Emailled Tesco highlighting outlining the above.

Was told to re-order at higher price and they would apply discounts, did so but Website remembered I also had a £5 off £30 voucher so it automatically applied that.

Got another email this morning saying that because £5 was applied I had to cancel and re-order. Cancelled order but game has vanished from website so I cannot re-order.

So I can no longer order the game and my £10 voucher has vanished, awaiting response from customer support prior to contacting Watchdog and writing a strongly worded letter to Head Office.

Anyone any joy in getting any recompense from Tesco? I ordered TOCA and something else to get over £25 for the £5 off voucher - they cancelled TOCA and the voucher so I ended up paying full price for the second thing... Trouble is - I can't now return that as it was a Nintendo game and my daughter saw it before I had a chance to return it! Disgraceful from Tesco but just wondering if anyone has had any luck?
